In an interview with theToday Showmagazine, former "big pharm" drug personality Ajay Chou said the country was "a lot more relaxed" about its drug ban, saying it was "a lot more relaxed" about its ban on selling "Viagra" and "Cialis" online. "We had some pretty nasty stuff going on," he said. "I think you would be surprised how much more relaxed people were, in terms of our talking about the ban, that they were more relaxed. I think they would say that we are a lot more relaxed about our ban. We have been talking about this for a long time."
In the interview, Chou said he was worried about how people would react to the ban. "I don't know how much I can say, but I am very happy about this. The ban will still be there," he said.
He said if it was taken out of context, the drug companies would still sell it, but that if it was on the market in the U. S. or Europe, the drugs would be sold there. Chou said some countries were "shallow" in their ban on selling drugs online, but he had no idea what was going on.
A senior official at the US drug regulatory agency, FDA, said the ban was a significant milestone on a "great journey to a new era in drug regulation."
"There is a lot of research on drugs in the U. S., and that is going to be very much on the regulatory side of things, but it was an important milestone to come along with this. We did have some very interesting studies done," said the official.
But Chou said there was "very little research" on "Viagra," and that there were no studies done on it. He said there were no reports of problems with the use of Viagra on the Internet.
He said that was the most worrying aspect of the ban. "I think it was the biggest and most troubling thing that I would talk about, because it was very important to me. I think the fact that I have to give this testimony has caused me a lot of anxiety," he said.
He said there was no official information available on the effect of the ban on the Internet. "I think the internet has been very difficult to understand how it affects the people of the world. It's a huge challenge in the world to regulate drug use."
In a statement, FDA said it would not be able to comment on the issue in future releases.

I take 2 tablets per day with food to keep me upright and keep my heartburn at a lower level, I now take my 2 tablets per day when needed I keep on taking my daily dose as needed I also take Zidovudine to treat my malaria and now take it daily I'm feeling much better, but there are still risks of side effects, like low immune system. I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct tablet, but I'm worried about my heartburn or if I should continue taking it or to be branded. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm unsure if the side effects are serious or if they just don't go away.
